BLACK MZUNGU

I’m Black,
I’m a star,
I’m a Blackstar.
I twinkle in light and dark,
I fall and rise,
Thence, minus me from shooting stars list.
I’m on a mission is to shine,
to shine is my focus,
image

As black as I am,
I will SHINE.

Look closely into my mahogany-brown eyes,
See how it looks like to be black.
In my eyes lies my Black-pride,
In my eyes lies my Black-passion,
In my eyes, is the voice that speak of black pride.”
I’m Black,
I’m a star.

Look and Touch lightly my skin,
You will feel how it feels to be Black,
This skin, my African Identity,
Soft and smooth,
Glows,
Represents itself,
Black, Beautiful, Bold.
I’m Black,
I’m a star,
I’m a Blackstar.
